How to log in to your Personify Finance account
Once your Personify Finance loan is funded, you'll manage everything — payments, statements, autopay settings, loan documents — through the Personify Finance borrower portal. Logging in is straightforward, but there are a few security practices every Personify Finance borrower should follow.
Step 1 — Go directly to the official Personify Finance login page
Always type the Personify Finance website address directly into your browser, or use a bookmark you created yourself. Never log in through a link in an email, text message, or search ad — those are the two most common vectors for Personify Finance phishing scams.
Step 2 — Enter your credentials
Your Personify Finance login uses the email address and password you created during the application process. If this is your first time logging in since account activation, you may be prompted to set a new password or confirm two-factor authentication.
Step 3 — Complete two-factor authentication
Personify Finance uses two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. After entering your password, you'll receive a one-time code via SMS or email. Enter it to complete login. Never share this code with anyone — Personify Finance customer service will never ask for your 2FA code.
What you can do in the Personify Finance borrower portal

- Change your payment date (within your billing cycle)
- View your Personify Finance loan documents — original agreement, amortization schedule
- Download statements and payment history for taxes or budgeting
- Request a payoff quote if you want to pay off your Personify Finance loan early
- Update your contact and banking information
- Message Personify Finance support through the secure inbox
Troubleshooting Personify Finance login issues
"Forgot password" — the fix
Click the "Forgot password" link on the Personify Finance login screen, enter the email on your account, and watch your inbox for a secure reset link. The link expires quickly (typically within an hour), so act promptly. If you don't receive the email in 5 minutes, check your spam folder and search for sender addresses from the official Personify Finance domain.
Email on your Personify Finance account is outdated
If you've lost access to the email you used when you opened your Personify Finance loan, you'll need to call Personify Finance customer service directly. They'll verify your identity using information from your original application and update your account email after confirming it's really you.
Locked out after too many failed attempts
After multiple failed login attempts, Personify Finance will temporarily lock your account to protect it. Wait 15–30 minutes, then try again — or use the forgot-password flow to reset. Repeated lockouts can trigger a longer hold that requires a phone call to customer service.
Portal shows the wrong balance
Payment processing takes 1–3 business days to post. If you just made a payment and the balance hasn't updated, give it a day or two. If 5 business days have passed and the balance still looks wrong, send a message through the Personify Finance support inbox with the payment date, amount, and confirmation number.
Personify Finance security checklist
- Use a unique password that isn't recycled from other sites
- Enable 2FA (it's usually on by default — leave it on)
- Never share your Personify Finance password or 2FA code with anyone
- Only log in from devices you own and trust
- Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi — use mobile data or a VPN
- Log out when you're finished, especially on shared devices
Personify Finance mobile login
The Personify Finance borrower portal is mobile-optimized, so you can log in from any phone browser — no app required for most account tasks. Enter your login URL directly, use your saved credentials, and complete 2FA as normal.
How to spot a fake Personify Finance login page
Phishers sometimes create look-alike login pages to steal borrower credentials. Red flags to watch for:
- URL that looks almost but not quite like the official Personify Finance domain (extra letters, hyphens, wrong top-level domain)
- No padlock icon in the browser address bar
- Spelling or grammar errors on the page
- Prompt to enter your full Social Security number just to log in (legitimate login never asks for this)
- Email that pressured you to "verify" your account by clicking a link
If you spot one of these, close the page immediately. Never enter credentials. Report the attempted phishing to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
