Personify Finance App provides educational information about personal installment loans and a rate-check platform that connects borrowers with Personify Finance lending options. We are not a bank, we do not make loans in all states, and we do not guarantee that any particular applicant will be approved for a loan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), a legal U.S. resident, and a resident of a state in which Personify Finance operates to apply for a loan through our platform.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree that all information you provide through the Site — including your name, address, Social Security number, income, and employment information — is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may be fraud and may result in your application being denied and reported.
4. Loan terms
All loan amounts, APRs, fees, and repayment terms are determined based on individual applicant creditworthiness, state of residence, and ability to repay. Personify Finance personal loans range from $200 to $5,000 with APRs typically from 35.99% to 179.50%. Final loan terms are disclosed in the loan agreement before you sign.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Personify Finance App or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
